Rent To Own

A Rent To Own is when you Rent a property and have the ability to purchase it at some point in the future.

It often describes both a Lease Option or a Lease Purchase.

When someone is doing a Rent To Own, we often call them a Tenant Buyer instead of just a Tenant.
